As this makes us confident in the quality of our boats, Quicksilver offers a two (2) years warranty from the date the product was sold first. Additionally we guarantee the hull for an extra year against structural failure which is caused by a defect in factory materials or workmanship.
In order to initiate a warranty claim, it is the responsibility of the purchaser to contact an authorized dealer immediately after discovery of any defect, describe the nature of the problem and provide a hull serial number, date of sales and the name of the selling dealer. The authorized dealer will notify Quicksilver, who is solely responsible for determining and authorizing in writing the remedial actions.
